We contend at Transformational Registered Nurses that it is time to acknowledge and empower our nations’ nurses as highly-valued, respected, innovative problem-solvers who deserve to work with career mobility opportunities that also safeguard nurses’ mental well-being as well. We must continue to progress in the healthcare field in order to harness the creative talents of our nurses at all levels. To do otherwise is to allow the quality of our healthcare to deteriorate when it is needed most. All workers deserve to have financially fruitful, upwardly-mobile careers that are perpetuated by employers providing organizational cultures that promote the mental well-being of their employees as well. With this in mind, we at Transformational Registered Nurses are promoting career opportunities and further support for Peer Support Specialists and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselors as well.
We promote the employability of nurses and the general mental well-being of both nurses in the healthcare field and, ultimately, employees in general as well. Our primary focus includes but is not necessarily limited to placing registered nurses into viable jobs at no cost to the nurses involved.
To paraphrase Einstein, nurses "do not play dice" with healthcare: we believe that employers should be gambling with neither the careers of essential healthcare workers nor their mental well-being as well.
At the Transformational Registered Nurses, we also believe that mental wellness is not only an essential right for healthcare workers, but for all workers as well.
To empower nurses with greater opportunities to develop their career aspirations, especially with their careers in nurse therapy. All this should be accomplished while preserving and enhancing these nurses’ emotional well-being. This should ultimately provide a model for the treatment of other workers as well.
We wish to further the Transformational Registered Nurses reputation to both adhere to and aggressively promote four (4) committees: Employment, Innovation, Education, and Advocacy.
In doing so, we wish to further the Transformational Recruiters Network reputation to both adhere to and aggressively promote four (4) committees that prominently feature the nurses and employment committee. We are open for business in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

What is Job Description? Definition, Importance, Steps, Components & Example | HRM Overview | MBA SchoolThe mission statement for the Transformational Registered Nurses is based on mutual benefit – What is best for the nurses’ employers, the nurses themselves who should be rewarded for their innovative behavior and the benefits that the public gains in the process. The focus will be on the following issues:
The mission of the Transformational Registered Nurses Education & Training Committee, in part, is to include open-source (free to nurses) discussions, community projects, and primary and secondary research. The links below provide a collective overview of the significant issues that are continuously evolving in the field of healthcare education.
https://www.intrahealth.org/resources/strengthening-respect-and-recognition-health-workers-strategies-and-recommendationsThe mission of the Transformational Registered Nurses Advocacy Committee is to safeguard the dignity, respect, privacy and the safety of all essential healthcare workers. This includes ensuring that legislation to protect essential healthcare workers in hostile situations is enforced. The recently passed Workplace Violence Prevention for Health Care and Social Service Workers Act is an important move in the right direction. Such legislation must function in practice and not only on paper.
The overarching goals of the Transformational Registered Nurses include but are not necessarily limited to ensuring that the tenets of Dignity, Respect, Privacy and Safety be continuously and unwaveringly applicable to nurses at all levels. Here is an expanded view of the Transformational Recruiters Network’s four (4) underlying tenets:
Recognizing and respecting the wishes of each individual, treating them with compassion and empathy, preserving their autonomy and privacy, involving them in decisions about their care, and upholding their fundamental human rights (Musante 2023). (see Text - H.R.738 - 117th Congress (2021-2022): Essential Pay for Essential Workers Act

Valuing their opinions, beliefs, and preferences, actively listening to their concerns, and acknowledging their diversity and unique needs (Musante 2023). It involves respecting boundaries and preserving confidentiality, as well as obtaining informed consent before information can be shared. It aims to maintain trust and autonomy. (Musante 2023). Please join us on the 26th at the Conference for our related workshop:
Upcoming TRN Event - July 26th, 2025 1:30 PM ESTCurrently there is no law specifically designed to protect the nurses: but there is hope. As just stated, a new Act has been proposed that is a great start: H.R. 3178
https://dean.house.gov/2025/5/dean-miller-meeks-introduce-bill-to-protect-healthcare-workersWe ask you to contact your Congressperson in support of this relatively new proposal: Save Healthcare Workers Act (H.R. 3178):
Congresswoman Madeleine Dean sponsored H.R. 3178
(Offices | Congresswoman Madeleine Dean)Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks co-sponsored H.R. 3178
(Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks)Please congratulate them for their bold stance supporting you- our healthcare workers!
AHA Supports House Save Healthcare Workers Act (H.R. 3178) | AHAQuality healthcare depends on continuous knowledge transfer (Sessa and London, 2006) that is reinforced by imaginative remedies to major dilemmas. These remedies include transformations related to promoting workers’ career opportunities while also upholding the emotional well-being. However, without the full empowerment of nurses at all levels in the decision-making process, these advances will lack a vital source of leadership.
At the Transformational Registered Nurses, we believe that the inclusion of all members of the work-team in the decision-making process must be based on a foundation of dignity, respect, privacy, and safety that intersects healthcare employee rights, healthcare employer responsibilities, and the best interests of the patients. Come join us as we make these aspirations a reality. To extend beyond one (1) of Einstein’s favorite quotes, we can provide society the most effective healthcare by utilizing both the knowledge and imagination of nurses at levels in the decision-making processes that relate to effective and emotionally satisfying healthcare service (Imagination Is More Important Than Knowledge (July 13, 2009).
