Please read through the actual journal preview contents that follow this overview. The first edition of the Journal is scheduled to arrive in June of 2026. The Journal is free for the first (1st) one-hundred and fifty (150) Transformational Registered Nurses (TRN) Creativity and Employment members. We are looking for editors (doctoral-level preferred) and authors. There will be a section for (up to) three (3) invited guests per edition of the Journal.
Here is a brief synopsis of the upcoming Journal:
The Transformational Registered Nurses Journal (TRNJ) showcases examples of creativity and innovation of nurses at all levels. We are looking for nurses who are willing to share both their insights and their creative problem-solving abilities. Since nurses are constantly faced with challenging dilemmas in the workplace, articles based on "mini-case" studies (e.g., vignettes) or even scenarios are most welcome.
